The ELA has worked this past summer constructing a "position" paper regarding the changes in CUFFA legislation. You need to know what position the ELA has taken, voted on at the July 4th meeting and reported in minutes of that meeting.The NFH also has their concerns and goals for changing the CUFFA legislation.
